WASHINGTON, D.C. – On November 20, 2017, the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Foundation (USHCCF) partnered with the Han Group LLC, in a continued effort to strengthen the oversight and stewardship of its financial resources. The Han Group is a minority and women-owned accounting and consulting firm based in Washington, D.C. that specializes in providing nonprofit organizations with accounting, assurance, tax, and consulting solutions.
“Our financials are the lifeline to providing the much needed programs to our members and the diverse communities we serve and we are extremely grateful for the generous support we received from our funders and partners,” said Elva Lima, Interim Executive Director. “We recognize the Foundation’s trusted position as a financial beneficiary for public, corporate, and individual donations and we remain committed to the stewardship.”
“I’m thrilled to work with the USHCC Foundation as they continue to evolve and grow as an organization,” said Jennifer Han, Managing Principal at the Han Group LLC. “The Han Group is committed to ensuring that we are providing the high-level of accounting and consulting services to the Foundation, so they can focus on providing high-level services and programs to their members and the diverse communities they serve.”
About the USHCCF
For more than three decades, the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (USHCC) Foundation has been educating and empowering the next generation of Hispanic business leaders and entrepreneurs. We do this through a variety of programs and scholarships that support business growth, encourage entrepreneurship, and influence our chambers to better serve their local communities. Each year, these programs equip thousands of new entrepreneurs and established business owners with the financial and technical resources, communications networks, and business trainings they need to succeed.
